Harcourt Gardens Care Home is a luxury, purpose-built care home located in the heart of Harrogate. The £15 million state-of-the-art development required the most up-to-date HVAC building services, and Climatix Group LTD was instrumental in the supply and installation of these services.

Climatix Group LTD worked closely with Springfield Healthcare and their chosen architects to overcome issues with the use of Autodesk’s latest Revit design software. They worked out the best solutions possible for all of the building services, ensuring that the care home was equipped with the latest technology and systems to meet the needs of its residents.
