Air conditioning for hospitality and leisure venues
Getting the temperature right in a hospitality environment is one of those things guests and visitors notice immediately when it’s wrong. Too hot in a hotel room, too stuffy in a gym changing room, too cold in a restaurant dining area — these are the kinds of issues that end up in reviews.
We install and maintain commercial air conditioning systems across a wide range of hospitality and leisure settings. For hotels, VRF systems are often the right solution, giving you independent control over individual rooms and areas such as restaurants, bars, conference rooms and reception. For gyms and leisure centres, we work with systems designed to handle the high occupancy and humidity levels that come with active use. For restaurants and bars, we’ll design a solution that balances guest comfort with the heat load coming from the kitchen.
All air conditioning installations are carried out by our REFCOM-certified engineers in line with F-Gas regulations. We also carry out TM44 inspections, which are a legal requirement for systems with a rated output above 12kW. Our planned maintenance contracts are built around your operation. We’ll carry out scheduled visits throughout the year, keep full service records, and respond quickly to any reactive callouts between visits. We cover all of the HVAC assets across your site, including boilers, air handling units, VRF and split systems, pool plant, extract fans, commercial kitchen ventilation and plant room equipment.
We understand that access for maintenance in a working hotel or leisure venue needs to be planned carefully. Our engineers are experienced in working around guests and operational hours, and we’ll always agree the timing of visits with you in advance.
