Climatix Group Ltd undertook the role of Principal Contractor to oversee the full replacement of heating and ventilation services to a secure mental health facility located in Yorkshire.

As part of a complex phasing exercise, radiant heating was installed with a new ventilation system. All works associated to building works, electrical, fire alarm, decorating etc was managed by our team.
