Byron is founder and leader of Climatix Group who have provided Mechanical Engineering Services & Building Solutions for the past 12 years throughout the UK!  In today’s current climate my focus has been to remain optimistic, plan around Covid 19 and react quickly when the Government gives us guidance.

We are all in this together, and whilst we are a close nit team and business, these kinds of scenarios are never planned for.  I have remained in constant touch with our staff, market and customers throughout the lockdown phases, and our team being furloughed at the peak of the epidemic was key for their safety and uniting the nation in lockdown and this has enabled everyone to support each other.

Now as restrictions begin to be lifted, the Climatix team will also reunite in phases and together we will be stronger!  Any business journey has its challenges, personally this phase has been one of reflection and future planning. Stepping back from the day to day has been a tonic, one that enables any leader to identify with its core business and above all its team.  Our business is strong and successful because we are experts in our field and above all our team skills mean we are capable of not only adding huge value to projects we work on but we can also use our experience to know how to complete projects safely whilst observing social distancing.
