Our expertise and proven skill in this space is one of the many reasons we have been awarded key HVAC contractor for the new Care Village concept being created in the heart of Harrogate. The project is set to provide a new Care Village concept in the heart of Harrogate; comprising 80 bed new build facility with adjacent detached 22 care suite apartment building. The development will be provided with basement car parking offering connectivity between the buildings with care accommodation provided at ground and two upper floor levels. The Care Village will be furnished with generous day space living accommodation, enhanced internal finishes, bistro, spa, salon and landscaped external areas along with new external roof terracing.
Climatix Group will play a key part in this project to deliver design and build of mechanical building servicing that will include heating, ventilation, domestic services, BMS and plumbing installations. Key focus for this project is to achieve BREEAM very good rating. Our expert team are thrilled to have this project in the pipeline which will complete 2021.
Having worked as a HVAC contractor in this sector before and completed many care home facilities, the focus for Climatix is to ensure we provide excellent communication skills throughout the project from design through to logistics for onsite checks, installation and regular ongoing servicing.
